These terms apply to the DiffGuardian marketing website and waitlist, operated by DiffGuardian ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

Waitlist

DiffGuardian is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist adds you to the list of people we'll notify and does not create a contract to provide the product by any particular date. We'll contact you when DiffGuardian opens. Product features described on this site are in development and may change before launch.

Acceptable use

Please don't submit false information, sign others up without their permission, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the site or signup form.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
